Last week, Mrs. Campbell's 1st-grade class went on an exciting ROAR adventure in Republic. The students had the opportunity to visit three different places. First, they went to the United States Postal Service to learn about how the mail is sorted and delivered to their houses. After that, they were taken on a tour of the Republic Volunteer Fire Department Firehall. There, they learned about kitchen safety and what to do in case of a fire. Lastly, the students were informed about procedures for X-rays, blood drawing, and emergency room visits at Ferry County Memorial Hospital. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a great adventure for the students of Republic Elementary.
